hey everyone. anyone with gastroparesis that has light workout tips? maybe yoga or pilates?

    I feel that yoga/stretching and some simple breathing helps

    One that is very effective stand in place reaching upward ,do as youre climbing a ladder ,that works your stomach and intestines ,helping in their functions ... Massaging your stomach from top to bottom also helps the flow
