General anxiety disorder. Constantly trouble breathing.

Hello. I have GAD apparently, first question: mine comes ago is that normal?
Second question: I 24/7 trouble getting a full breath it feels like.
Thrid and last question: Do you also feel like someone is squeezing your lungs? And have this massive amount of pressure on your chest?
(I been to see the doctors and they say there is nothing wrong with my lungs and that the air reaches the bottom of my lungs)
Thank you for your time and answers!

Hello Lianne, I am sorry to hear that. But that's also what I'm feeling. I've never been this bad before. I myself is only 19 almost 20 years and I've got to figure out my disease. Hope you are doing better soon! Thank you for your answer.

Hello Agnes I am sorry you feel the same way. It's awful to be honest. I take some anxiety medication but I have only been taking it for about 2 and a half weeks but I feel it helping already but it's still there. I take pregabalin also called lyrica. I take 150 mg in the morning and 150 in the afternoon/evening. I understand why you are scared to take it. My anxiety also makes me not wanna take them. When I just started taking them I Was petrified. If something hurt in my body I was insisting on it was the medicin. So I know how you feel. Hope you get better very soon!

I have good days and bad , i try not to let the bad days get the better of me and do tend to have more good then bad days but I am constantly trying to take a deep breath all the time !! I'm not sure if it's because I'm so used to doing it but it's most days I do it ....do you find if your busy or occupied it doesn't happen ?? Or your not aware of it happening ??
I've had heart and lung tests so it's nothing serious but it's certainly frightening when you feel you can't breathe 😕
I'm just drying not to focus on it too much and hopefully over time I will stop doing it as I no longer have panic attacks about it so it's obviously just the anxiety lingering around !!
