General health concerns

Hello,

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I will try to summarize how I feel, and what I've tried.

-Tiredness and general fatigue, some mornings I can hardly get out of bed

-Stomach issues, stomach reacts poorly to almost everything I eat

-Low blood pressure, when I stand up I almost feint sometimes, but mostly I get dizzy

-When I sleep I "suck" on my tounge, and press my jaws together

-Bad memory

Diet:

For now I eat LCHF/ketogenic diet, and I find this has helped with my stomach, I am very restrictive with what I eat and don't often get reactions from my stomach

I mainly eat meats like beef coupled with veggies like avocado or such, and some berries

Been doing this for a couple of weeks

Working out:

I work out several times a week, which entails going to the gym lifting weights, no cardio

Sleep:

I use a splint which has helped a bit, atleast my jaws feels more relaxed.

I think the diet is making it easier for me to wake up in the morning, but my general tiredness and being fatigued is mostly the same, also the low blood pressure.

Why don't you try a cardio exercise? Is it bad for you? Or you just want to? I think it would help you in regulating your blood pressure and decrease tiredness and fatigue coz it is a good exercise for the heart and lungs.
