Generalized weakness/shakiness but R arm affected more than others

Anyone experience this with their CFS? Previously, a couple months ago I have experienced this in my left leg at the same time as my right arm, but this time it’s been for about a week all by itself. It feels like the feeling you get when you have a carpal tunnel issue or something along those lines. Feels fatigued and needs to be stretched out the more I use it. Its mostly my forearm but I can feel it a bit in my upper arm to my shoulder, as well. No pain, but a disturbing feeling...

Hi there
I've also been experiencing this for about two years now.
My doctor has told me that due to the lack of exercise(which has became impossible as I've been really bad for a long time now) my muscles in my arms and legs are wasting and that I need to try and build them back up by stretching and maybe swimming but as I say impossible for me just now
I don't know if this is any help to you but this is what I've been told by my doctor although I've kinda lost all faith with my doctor at the moment
Really hope you're feeling a bit better
and sending you a massive virtual hug.
xxx

I get numbness/weakness down the left side of my face, my left arm and the bottom of my right leg. It seems to come on when I've pushed myself over my limit. I was told if could be caused by nerve damage by the glandular fever virus I had when I was first ill. Gentle yoga type stretches might help.
