Generally feeling sick with no actual sickness

A question to all the amazing women on this journey we call meno-hell...

Of late (not too long, but for a week or so) I feel generally sick with no actual sickness. I don't have fever, am not overtly tired, no breathing issues, no discernable palpitations, no more than usual aches and pains, but still I feel "generally" sick. I don't know how else to describe it.

Strange feeling in the body, kind of restlessness, some aches and pains that just come and go, disturbed tummy, but no IBS symptoms.

This is just driving me mad and making me anxious - is it a hidden sickness that will kill me in a minute or am I just imagining it totally?

Someone, please tell me am I going totally nuts or do any of you have (or had) similar experience?

Please help!

    Hey PraaD...

You are NOT alone; I've felt the exact same way, countless times, throughout my meno trios! Welcome to the world of the meno trios: Perimenopause, Menopause, and Postmenopause. When it comes to menopause, soooo... many things are hard to explain and articulate! SOOOOO... many things don't make common sense during our TSUNAMI journeys. Keep in mind, most of the symptoms are related to hormonal imbalance. Just take great care of yourself, and do everything you can... to be well, my menopausal sustah.

I get this, too. Usually it's worse the week before my period. It comes and goes.

Hi. i have this too. some days it's not too bad and sometimes its there all day. I'm trying to eat little and often so my blood sugar doesn't drop. I also take activated charcoal tablets which I think help. Always give them to my kids when they felt sick and worked on them too.

Sorry you're going through this. Its definitely a meno issue. A few of my friends are experiencing it too 😦
