I have this single bump on myright vaginal lip and it has a hair in t, it's a very white tiny bump, when i peal it, eventually the bump comes back in the same spt around the hair, i dont know how to send a pic but if anyone can help me

No idea, but it still doesn't sound like herpes and I wouldn't peel anything on your genitals.
