Genital herpes?

hi

i have really bad health anxiety and i have been experiencing symptoms that resemble herpes. i got tested at a sexual health clinic but i feel like the doctor didnt look long enough at my sores and usually when they see from records i have health anxiety they pass it off as being in my head .

when they examined me they found my cervix was inflammed, and took a herpes swab of these although these werent like herpes blisters.. that came back negative, and now the spots on the outside that they didnt pay much attention to are still there and have now spread to my buttocks .

can anyone who has been diagnosed with herpes tell me if these spots look like they could be an outbreak? i have an appointment with my sexual health clinic again next week, but im struggling to keep my mind off it!! pictures attached. i am aware that i have a skin tag... so i know what that spot is it is just the red ones i am worried about image

    i think youre just anxious looks nothing like herpes.
