Genital herpes

I have an outbreak on my buttcheeks, i touched the sores and i forgot that i had a cut on my hands. Am I going to spread it to my hands as herpes whilow ? Does anyone knows how to stop an outbreak, this is my second one in two months and its larger than the first one that i had. Although is not as painful as my first outbreak but i have more pimples

    I doubt very much it will spread to your hands even though its said you can You cant stop an outbreak i am afraid but you can try things to lessen them Unlucky for me chocolate and alcohol seems to kick mine off so i avoid those Try exercise plenty of protein sleep and relax and best of all just ignore it and hopefully by end of year they should be less attacks you say this one is worst than your first maybe so but if more painful usually don't last as long good luck

      Thank you so much, how many attacks should i be expecting this year? sad do you know how likely it is to get genital herpes type 2 on mouth is oral sex is performed when theres no outbreak on ?

      I thinnk its possible to spread it with or without sores anyone e could have this Some have no symtoms and just spread it otheres have nightmares and are constant or like me i seem to be a fortnight on fortnight off you could half dozen attacks tull youve built up immune to the virus honestly plenty of protein good diet and exercise keep it at bay viruses dont like protein cos it feeds our cells making them stronger i gad a bad do at christmas co s i was low run down wasnt exercising felt shocking and who should come knocking but good old herpy I am sure it gets better with time and am nit convinced you can pass it to your partner as easy as were lead to believe but as with everything you would be chancing it know your body know your herp then you be better for when is god to have relations be it oral or penetrive

      No i dont think so at all i am sure o ce there is no outbreak you will be fine but early on as you said it was second outbreak just be careful i also hear that ita hrder for a man to pass herpes to a woman rather than vice versa there is so much contradictory info out there think of it this way if ive had 50 oral from women and gotten nothing that means all them women didnt have hsv 1 cold sore virus yet i have hsv2 didnt know i had until Christmas where dis it come from what am saying is just get ro know your body a d your herp first cos everyone is different i mean they say you cant pass genital to your own mouth yet i have been i my partner i go down on her regularly and get no cold sores it down to yourself really sometimes i get a slight tingle in the corner of my mouth but never comes to abything so i think thay means my immune system is fighting it all the time this is why i said plenty of protien and lysine based food honestly you be fine i know youre worried and paranoid but it does get easier i can sure you of that.....
