I’ve been having these bumps for awhile now I’m scared they can be herpes half of me thinks it could be because I do have a lot of bumps down there some times it tingles and itches but that’s not often I also don’t have symptoms but I know that’s what makes people think they don’t have it I really need help I’m scared and worried !!!

Its hard to see on the pictures, but I believe they are fordyce spots. Not harmful or contagious. They can form naturally in the folds of the labia and on the labia itself, the pores in the skin of your genitals produce sebum and oil to prevent dryness and produce your own natural scent. When the oil pockets fill up they can become like little bumps. It's all completely normal though.
