Genital herpes.. help!!

This is currently my 4th outbreak, was diagnosed 3 years ago and although my first outbreak was bad the one I have the now is horrendous.

In the first year I had one outbreak, same again the next again year.

I had a outbreak at Xmas 17, outbreak in Feb 2018 which didn't heal till end of march, and now June 18.

I know I have been quite lucky over the past 2 years to only have one outbreak per year but I just don't know what to do anymore . Can't walk/move/sit/pee properly, I take acciclovir tabs and use lanacane cream to numb the pain which only helps for half an hour then I re apply.

I take vit c, cranberry capsules, antihisamines and pain killers but nothing ever seems to help. I am going on holiday in 5 days time abroad and I just keep crying thinking how my holiday is ruined.

I have took today off work as I went yesterday and the pain was unbearable, I stand at work all day as  well which doesn't make things any easier. I won't be able to take the rest the week off and will need to go back tomorrow and I'm stressing about it already.

Please can anyone suggest anything else to try and ease the pain? I would be very grateful.

I also do not have a bath sad so Epsom salts is not a option for me .

I've never heard of that, don't think it's licensed in the U.K. ?, I'm not sure what would be the alternative to that.

Been to docs 4 times and all they can give me is acciclovir tabs which don't help at all.

It’s a prescribed painkiller here in the U.S.- honestly try to get your hands on some kind. I’ve never experienced something so painful in my life. I was Sobbing and screaming at the doctors office because I was in so much pain and she did nothing for me but give the antibiotics. Two days went by and I had to go to the hospital and that’s when they gave me the painkillers
