This is my 4th week and i have 3 or 4 bumps on my penis during this i don't have any itching,pain or bleeding but habe some pain during urination.
Plz suggest ehat to do

It's hard to guess at what the bumps might be without a picture, but I'd suggest you get checked out anyway. If you're in the UK, you can ask your GP or go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic. Google "GUM clinlc near me" for details.

Hard to tell. My guess would be genital warts, but it could be nothing to worry about. I'd definitely get checked out if I were you, especially if you have pain during urination.

Yes i had pain at initial stage now i don't have pain in urination at that time i was taking baydol and urexin
But now issue i don't have any pain in these bumps that are shown in pix but these are not healing

Although I'm not quite sure what it might be, it doesn't seem like warts as that's got a different look. I hope that it goes away by itself.
