Genital Herpes? (Pics)

Hello, long story short... I'm 19, a victim of sexual child abuse. Manipulated by men for a very long time and have been posistive for chlamydia twice. I got a shot of doxycycline in the brain utt and in pill form however. I have these vaginal blisters/bumps in my vaginal entrance. I've done a culture and blood test for herpes and my results have came back negative. It's been three months so I'm going to go tested again soon. But when I wash up they go away? I just need opinions. Thanks.

    A bump? Is it a lesion or like a pimple?

      They look like hard blisters. I'm only frustrated because I've done tests and they've come back negative. So I don't what else they could be

    With fluid in them? No open sore?

      Fluid yes, they don't scab or crust over or become "open".  I've had them for 3 months. It's been reoccurinh. When I wash they just go away and like a day later they'll come back. I'm just really confused
