Genital sores

Hi.

I was recently diagnosed with a UTI on 4-10. Went to the doctor got prescribed Bactrim twice a day. About 3 days later, I had these weird looking sores show up. No discharge, so discomfort when urinating but I was prescribed a pill that turns my urine orange and helps with that. I had protected sex on the 12th of March he gave oral sex and then we had protected again on the 3rd of April and he gave me oral as well. I can upload a picture of someone tells me how
