Genital Sores *picture*

I was on a high dosage of prednisone when I started feeling some burning when I urinated. My vagina felt and was swollen to a point where even inserting a finger was painful. Actual vagina was sore not the sores. I chalked this up as a uti and started a course of antibiotics. The next day I was worse with sores now that sting like holy hell when I pee. I started getting discharge and figured I was wrong about the uti it was a yeast infection. Although I've had no itchy sensation. I have be gone treating as so with monistat and the swelling has went down however the sores seem to be getting worse. I've been putting a benetracin cream on that's for sores/cuts but I don't think it's helping. Can't make an appointment with anyone until Tuesday so while I sit here wondering what all this could be and getting scared figured someone else might know by the pictures.
