Genital Wart

Hi, I'm a 28 year old Male, I've kinda had an issue for the past week or 2 which has got me a bit worried.

under my foreskin I have a raised bump which the only way I can explain it is like an ulcer / blister. it has a white head like a spot but isn't a spot and I just can't seem to work out what it is. if I aggrevate it, its like a burning kind of pain. I have uploaded a picture so I hope it works and if someone can maybe help me out with what it may be.
