genital wart advice, please help

Hi, i've had genital warts since the end of feburary and been prescribed warticon cream/solution (podophyllotoxin) ever since. I've done 3 out of the 4 rounds of this treatment and although the amount of warts has decreased new ones still appear, I'm certain the root of the problem is inside my vagina but obviously can't get to see anyone, also the specialists and doctors i've spoken to have all told me they wont touch them if theyre inside. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or success stories or something that will make me feel less depressed about this because it just feels never ending. Ive heard stories that they generally go away within 6 months and doctors have told me to leave them to naturally go away but I can't. I also now have the fear they are in my mouth because I have little bumps on my tongue. I was put on Aldara cream in the beginning, which usually takes longer but helps your immune system fight the warts rather than burn them off like the warticon does, has anyone had success with that?

Honestly any info would be great, feeling really down about this
