      Hi, please make a Dr appointment to get this screened for melanoma. It does have the signs it could be it and will checked out by a professional specially because its on your vulva.

    Do they go down around your anus too or stop at the perineum?

      They look like moles I can't remember the type but you definitely need to see the doctor. Moles that are not symmetrical need to be looked at and evaluated by a dermatologist.

      I'm not a dermatologist but I believe they can be removed. It looks like they go down further than the perineum. You need to make an appointment soon it is not going to be harmful immediately but it should be taken care of as soon as you can.

      but i visted doctor they said these are genetial warts .that it they didnt said anything ..

      I would go to a dermatologist they specialize in this type of mole.
