Genital warts HPV? Please help

hello. i first noticed this bump in march 2021 and it has not cleared and it is still there july 2021. i went to see a sexual health nurse who said its a hair folicle but it was not pink or inflamed its a flat raised bump which is soft and fleshy. i went back june 2021 and she said its just a bit of raised skin?? it is slightly pigmented. i diagnosed myself with hpv so this is a picture of it with warticon solution on it.

now i have another appear. i dont know if its a mole ?

i cant eat or sleep.

      sorry they are really bad pictures. im so upset no one or any doctor will tell me what it is. i will take another picture and upload it.

    this is it after i used warticon and its still there?? does anyone know what this is? its flat and slightly raised
