Genital Warts? HPV? Something worse? Help :(

Hello please give any advice or input!

In July 2019 I got stealthed (unfortunately) and soon thereafter developed whats shown in the 2nd attached photo. The severity lessened and turned into what appeared to be very obvious genital warts. I got STD tested and physically examined in Oct 2019 when I had these less obvious warts...doc said nothing. I left them until now

As time has passed, they have been getting better but i finally went to std clinic and said i have genital warts and want them treated. nurse looked externally and i pointed them out, she agreed they looked like warts, but when she looked at the vaginal opening (pic #1) she said "i cant treat you, i need to refer you to an obgyn and make sure this is not hpv." i thought hpv caused warts?? what does she mean by that? wouldnt all warts be hpv, or did she mean a worse strain

anyways as im currently waiting for my blood/urine results for chlymidia, gonnorrea, syphillis, hiv, im feeling some impending doom that this issue is worse than i thought and it could be more serious. im so anxious thinking i have hiv or cancer now, please any experiences or opinions

first photo is current

second is 1.5 years ago when symptoms began

third is about halfway between these photos as you can see it has gotten less severe with time. the nurse also said shes never seen genital warts get better without treatment in her practice which mine seem to have done, albeit has taken a long time to

Those are genital warts. They grew and formed larger cauliflower-like clusters of warts, 1.5 years ago. Sometimes the warts may go away without treatment like in your case.

Hi they do look like warts, I had them in the exact same spot as you! How did you find they cleared up, did you stop using soap and touching the area?
