Genital warts or Molluscum?

I went to the clinic about these about two months ago. they first appeared in late january and havent healed since. The nurse told me i had nothing to worry about, they were only a blocked hair folicle

They have since not healed and seemed to be getting worse. I self diagnosed myself with Molluscum and began using Molludab two weeks ago but it doesnt seem to be working.

I am very afraid now that these are in fact warts and more have come up over the weekend.

Hi thanks for your reply. there are none on my vulva. they started out as three small spots which got bigger and there are two more small ones now. One of the bigger spots scabbed over using the molludab and seems to be going now

It looks like it might be a mild case of molluscum - molludab may or may not work for you and might take some time. Crystacide 1% cream which is used for all kinds of skin infections, is not as harsh and can be good for stopping spreading and helping to heal bumps but again it takes a bit of time. If you're worried it might be HPV warts I would go to your local gum clinic for a second opinion but from the photo's you've posted I'd say it's most likely molluscum which is harmless and will eventually go away.
