You could still catch it with condoms. Genital warts normally come out in clusters or cauliflower shape.
That doesn't look like a wart if im being 100% honest. As always if you are worried about it go to a GUM clinic to double check.

Also my lovely, do you have any bumps around the anus hole?
sometimes they will show around that area as well?
I can see a slight part of the anus on the picture but I cant see any around that area.
GUM will check both areas as well as a precaution.
