genital warts or pimples ?

hi, I'm 19 I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend we usually do but in March these random bumps appeared on my vagina ? As you'll see in the two files. I wonder if it just an infection due to shaving or if I have molluscum contagiosum my since March I've had these bumps my boyfriend has no symptoms I got tested and all the results were negative I've shaved twice but big mistake ! there were so many more lesions well bumps here is a before and after picture image

I've been recommended hydrogen peroxide and benzoyle peroxide I think its been helping but I'm not sure HELP PLEASE at this point I'm annoyed of it and my anxiety isnt helping with it either I'm hoping its been working also can someone explain what I have circled
