    If you didn't have these before, then they are not skin tags.

      any idea if they could be herpes or genital warts?

      i practice safe sex but im aware skin to skin contact can also cause stds

    They look suspicious: you need to get a visual on them at an STI / Sexual Health Clinic or from your own doctor / GP / PCP
