Genital Warts? Or Something else?

So about a month ago I found a spot on my pubes after I had shaved and was curious as to whether it was an ingrown hair. After a bit of poking and prodding and squeezing and nothing coming out it had become quite irritated. A couple weeks later and not paying attention at all I noticed a spot on my pubes again, I’m unsure as to whether they’re related to the first spot or not. It’s a raised bump that isn’t filled with any fluid and is quite tender. It doesn’t hurt at all.

I went to the doctors about it and he said that it wasn’t sexually transmitted and prescribed me some Fucidin cream and said it might go down within a week.

Forward a week and I had found a tiny little bump that wasn’t raised and looked like a fordyce spot and squeezed that and ended up bleeding and became raised.

I’m unsure as to what they are and I was hoping whether anyone has had a similar thing or knows what they are.

Please bare in mind that the blood and irritation is due to me squeezing them. D:

So i went to the doctors about it and they couldnt pin point what it might be as theyre too small and havent grown any primary characteristics of Genital warts as of yet. He referred me to the sex clinic for a second opinion. At the sex clinic they were also unsure as to what they may be, but due to the nature of where they are it could be genital warts, viral warts or MC. Regardless i am currently two cyro treatments in for these spots and havent been seeing any remarkable differences besides from redness from the treatment.
