Genital warts or something else?

Posted , 3 users are following.

Hello everyone,

I am speaking to you following a subject that is not clear, I want to know if it is genital warts caused by HPV or something else considered as normal, I have put a photo with a large zoom on the area in question.

I discovered this while doing intimate hair removal, and I don't know if I still had this or it's new.

The urologist does not know either after examining me, and he told me in doubt we will do a treatment based on imiquimod, but I don't want to take treatment for something not identified clearly, I don't find that a logical solution!

Could you please help me and give me your opinion?

Many thanks in advance for you help!

    Hello all,

To continue about this topic, even if I didn't receive any reply (may be it can help someone):

I perform a test with apple vinegar (5% acytic acid) during 15minutes, and nothing happened, the lesions didn't become white.

I'm so confused, and I will be happy if someone can help 😃

    Regards

    Hi all,

    Update about this topic:

    • Generalist 1: Genital warts (HPV)
    • Uro: Can't confirm diagnosis, prescription of Aldara if it's not gone then it's OK (stupid solution for me)
    • Dermato 1: HPV
    • Generalist 2: Didn't know
    • Dermato 2; Not an HPV, just a skin hyperplasic aspect, to watch, if poliferation then it's HPV

    Since 5 weeks, no poliferation.

So what next!!! I'm so confused 😦

      any more updates?

i discovered something similar on my shaft two weeks ago but I just have one small rough growth on my shaft. probably less than a millimeter. I went to two doctors and a dermatologist and they couldn't give me a firm answer.

i Google the vinegar test but I read it doesn't always turn genital warts white.
