Good evening everyone ive read many posts on this forum about acid reflux ive just purchased the acid watchers diet book. I have severe acid reflux and not on any medication at this moment ive tried gaviscon and gardium but my symptoms are getting worse ive got heartburn sore throat and pain in my ears and its driving me mad. Before I go to doctors again has anyone tried this diet and not taken medication. Im feelin so down id be glad to hear some good answers again from this terrible condition.     Hello

    Suffer. like you and bought most aid diet books but have now discovered Gaviscon Advance. This has been a miracle cure for me. Very Expensive but so worth the cost.
