GERD, Crackling sound, Back Pain and Cold feet

Hi everyone, this is my first post here and I will try my best to explain all that I have been through during the past 6 months.. It all started with me going through a period of tough time with my aunt having cancer my friend passing away due to cancer. I started having anxiety issues with my health and it led to headaches and difficulty in breathing. I met a GP and he said it was just anxiety but I was not satisfied. Thinking it was something much more serious, I had an MRI on my head which came out all clear. A few days later I started feeling a lump on my throat, cough after eating, wanting to clear my throat and had difficulty in breathing again, occasional crackles when I breath as well. At this point I also started having a pain on my back as well. This time I met a GI and he did an endo on me and confirmed it was gerd. I was on ppi for 2 months and it seemed like everything was easing down but now I feel like I'm starting to have my back pain, Crackling sound when I breathe and also pain in my feet when it's cold. Have any one of you been through something similar? Am I actually going through a mix of anxiety and gerd? Or is it something more serious than that?
