Gerd/gastritis? Help? Ideas

Hello I’m 26 years old have been having digestive problems for about 3 months recently 1 month with stomach issues, have lost weight significantly while loosing my appetite, nauseous mostly all the time and if not controlled I vommit have not been eating because of my lack of appetite, my symptoms are  nauseous bloated stomach burning sensation sometimes in my stomach or hunger pains? Not sure if anyone has esperience this sore throat or globus feeling and recently feel the need to throw up or burp to clear gas or gas feeling in throat. Tested for h pylori and was negative blood work good and recently have had a ct scan on my abdomen that showed normal. Waiting for my gi consultation in July was wondering if anyone has been going through anything like this or similar I have not been feeling good at all lately? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you-

    HI, I have been experiencing stomach issues for over 2 years since taking anti-inflamatory pills for pain with back. I have had endoscopy, came back normal blood test all normal. tried a nutritionist which found out had food sensitivities like gluten ect. oonce I changed my diet I feel ok. The only difference I gain weight, I dont loose. Still running a few blood test. Will c what the results are. I hope you do find some results to your symtoms.

      Thanks for the reply, yea I have a allergy test tomorrow to see if I’m allergic to anything, also having upper back pain and heartburn, burping it’s looking like it’s acid so either I have gerd or gastritis not sure until I get my endoscopy, Doctor did mention also that my throat is irritated and inflamed possibly from vomitting. Thanks 🙏 I hope you continue to do well as well
