I really dontwant to have any kind of cancer. Ive been suffering with Gerd since middle school, Im 22. i’ve been having a lot of postnasal drip congestion sore throat every night and now there’s a strange scent to the back of my throat. It’s not obnoxious but it’s overwhelming to me and nobody else can smell it. I have a history of tonsillitis also. A lady told me it could be a Zenker.

I'm desperate for any thoughts or suggestions.I’ve tried everything brushing my teeth and gargle in and it’s still not going away. It’s also followed by loose stools and constipation with probiotics involved the stool smells like the scent in my throat. i’m worried it’s something serious I have a gastroenterologist appointment June 15 I just want to know if I should go then or see an ER doctor or something. I’ve noticed popcorn doesn’t taste the same it taste like that scent. Everything else that I eat kind of taste the somewhat normal but popcorn.
