GERD mystery man

I'm apparently a medical mystery. About six months ago I didn't completely chew a piece of meat and I swallowed it and it went down very painful. Ever since then I've had a hard time catching my breath and food takes forever to go down my throat. I have battled acid for awhile. Around December I had three days worth of severe acid and went to the ER. They told me my acid was out of control and said I had anxiety. I was prescribed BP medicine lisinopril and Xanax. Recently they tested my blood for the H.pyoli and GERD and was told the test was negative. My pancreas levels are a bit high and was told all other levels are normal. I still have this tight feeling in my throat and having breathing issues. Any ideas?

Asked to be checked for inflammation, a lot of times with said reflux and GERD if it get out of hand the asids can burn which results in inflammation hence constant burning chest pain and tightness , which can also cause shortness of breath or so I been told when inflammation is present .

Have you had a gastroscopy to investigate what damage you may have done to your oesophagus?
