Getting concerned about twitches

Hi all

I know I have posted before but now have a new set of symptoms

All started from twitching in right forearm in March which gradually went away. Spread up to bicep and shoulder then disappeared.

Twitch then appeared in my right calf with sligh cramp feeling on bottom of foot.  Had few leg cramps in this calf in the last 6 months.

Got used to having the twitch in my calf paid privately for neurologist who checked me over and said he was not concerned about it being anything sinister and said it could be due to thyroid.  I do take levothyroxine.

In June the twitching started again this time in my right thumb and index finger.  Was enough to make the finger move. - occasional stiff hand and wrist but again Neuro said that it's all benign

Got used to the twitches and all the anxiety surrounding neurone disease etc and had put it to back of mind as the neurologist said all was benign

This week - Sunday. The left forearm is twitching in the bicep and the forearm looks like they are both actually twitching.  When I move it stops but now also have similar stiff feeling in my wrist and finger as I had in right hand

Completely at a loss now. Anxiety has crept in again but I have no muscle loss or weakness. Not sleeping and just so down.  Forever now checking and measuring calfs and hands and legs and arms!

Has anyone any advice or help. 40 yr old male
