Getting off zopiclone

Its addictive but yes you can stop it. How? Tapering slowly, very slowly. Now we are all different so you have to deal with yourself, First choose what day you ll reduce by only 1/4 and the other days you keep as usual. Two weeks like that with the change. If you can handle this then on a different day, no consecutive drop by a quater which means you ll take 3/4 of what you usually take for two weeks. If its hard do it for three weeks. it s the only way to detox. It s possible, i ve done it. If the first week you reduce and you find it hard still after two weeks then continue for three weeks till your body gets used to it before reducing some more. even if it takes a long time you ll finally do it.
