Getting Shore throat after drinking cold water or food

Hi everyone

this is first time I am discussing about my throat allergic in forum. I have the problem almost 10 years , in my childhood I didn't suffered this sore throat, when I became teenager it started. actually any cold food like water ice cream anything, if I eat cold and a banana also make worst sore throat.

next day I will definitely suffer from sore throat then start running nose and finally it come as cold.

if i take any treatment like painkillers and sore throat relief medicines it will prevent the cold.

even some time sore throat gives pain like stabbing a knife in throat , that time i can't eat or drink anything 2 or 3 days.

so I always avoid cold foods even i don't drink water little less than room temperature.

asked family doctor why i am have the allergic she preferred to appointment for specialist but i did not see any specialists yet.

hopefully i will get suggestions from her.
