Getting weird bumps but no herpes URGENT

i only had sex with 2 guys, i haven't had sex with my first boyfriend for over a year and never had any problems by my vagina he was clean also my boyfriend from now had chlamydia ones but got treated, that was almost over a year ago he had multiple tests done and all of them came back negative we have been together for almost 6 months and i stared getting these bumps that looks like herpes it hurts and when i pressed them it opens & turns into sores, i checked by my boyfriend but he have nothing on his penis i have been to the doctor and did multiple herpes tests all of them came back negative even the ones from my boyfriend and my ex i have no idea what it is and i am scared Somebody pls replay and help me

    also 2 days ago i deepthroated my boyfriend and got pain in my throat the next day and i looked like i got cobblestones
