Ghost imaging

since about 4 years ago ive had ghost imaging like above lights and subtitles on tv ive had my eyes checked and they said everything looks good recently its started ghosting on the top and bottom of things has anyone else had this? driving at night time makes it worse too

do you have astigmatism? that can cause ghosting. also cataracts can cause ghosting as well as cornea issues.

ive been to a eye doctor and a specialist and they didnt mention it

I have early onset cataracts which cause a slight ghosting effect for me. Vitamin A deficiency can cause problems with night driving vision. Have you had your eyes tested fully, or any recent blood tests.

In which case, it's probably not cataracts as that would have shown up instantly. Recommend you ask your doctor for blood tests to see if you have any particular vitamin deficiency. Do not take Vit A supplements except under medical advice as it's possible to overdose and cause further problems.
