Ginger Candy May Help Your Nausea

Posted , 4 users are following.

Hello Group, I just wanted share some information that may help those who suffer from nausea. I started eating ginger candy hoping to help with this chronic nausea I suffer from Vertigo motion sickness and the candy helps. I will say that the candy is not like a ginger bread cookie, it's a little stronger with the ginger flavor than ginger baked goods. It takes a bit getting used too, but it does help me anyway. I found that Ginger Tummy Drops are most effective in helping nausea. God Bless the members of this group! Bertman

    Hey Bertman,

Thanks for the info. Sugar is a big trigger for me so maybe herbal ginger tea would be a good substitute for candy. I will certainly give it a try.

    Take care, Jim
