Girlfriend with RA

Hi guys, my girlfriend, (nearly) 4 years has RA in her knees and hips and I was wondering if anyone has advice or tips on how I can help her? 

We are both 20 years old.

    You're a good fellow, I think most would run a mile when they realize the seriousness of the disease.   Support is probably all she needs mate and a shoulder to lean on.   It is a terrible disease that will only get worse, hopefully she only has a mild dose at her age.

    Oh, and when others get dismissive of her pain, stick it to them.   RA is nothing like other forms of arthritis.   I had widespread OA before the onset of PsA: neck, back, hips, shoulder, toes, thumbs, bad enough to be forced on to a disability pension.   Trust me that was chicken feed compared to RA/PsA .
