Given ok to WB but painful and stiff

I was given the okay to start walking. I'm having pain and discomfort in the incision sites. The swelling has been good. I am walking with a limp. how long can I expect before this subsides?

    Wish I could help. I am waking with a boot and a walker and fortunately not experiencing any pain or discomfort.  When I lose the boot and walker... I assume it will hurt somewhat....

    I am 7 weeks post op on 2 fractures of the ankle, had the pins removed a week ago, I am finding it painful, my foot is very swollen and a little pressure in a walking boot is difficult.  I am following posts , it helps to see my progress compared to others.
