Hi everyone,

Sooo glad i stumbled across this website today.

Have suffered Anxiety symptoms in past eg Panic attacks , chest tightness, heart palpatations etc (YOU ALL KNOW THE SCORE! )

Anyway have been suffering with GH symptoms on and off for 4-5 months( self diagnosed as dont want to bother Doctor again-sure he ll think Im a hypochondriac )

If feeling like you have an egg in your throat and thinking your being strangled is GH then I have it !!!!!

Thing is I dont feel stressed at moment but now Im starting to feel anxious because of this.Sometimes it lasts for minutes and today Ive had it for hours.

Has anyone got any non medicated ideas for coping with this strange thing. I find it so hard not to focus on my throat when its happening which of course make it worse !

Im 44 with two kids by the way .

thanks in advance  :

Hi Fluff,as recent sufferer 4 months after loss of best friend & sweet neighbour also, then beloved dog having stroke to follow up with breast cancer scare!Led to this site & held off medical route to address issues in my life. Well can only say hun it worked it's gone. Hope this helps & gives support as it's awful. Get checked out by all means sensible route but seems mostly it is our bodies trying to tell us we are not listening to ourselves. Hope this is case for u & u can get to the other side of it.

Replied to pay back this site for what it gave me. Much love to u Val
