Glans bumps - HPV, HSV?

please help!!! I am not sure if these bumps are normal, or something to be concerned about. I had a sexual experience over a month ago where the condom broke. Shortly afterward i noticed these bumps. I am not sure if these bumps are new or old, having never really examined myself prior to the condom breaking. I'm not sure if there are more than when i first noticed them or not. I'm pretty stressed about this. There is no pain or itching, so with out having had the condom breaking I would likely have never even noticed. I have had std tests done several times, all negative. However, I found out hpv and hsv tests are not routinely done with out an outbreak. To me they don't present as typically hsv or hpv, but outbreaks can be atypical from what I understand. I have been examined by several doctors, the first two said balanitis and provided a prescription for cream. I saw my GP yesterday and she said she saw nothing concerning. However, I am not sure if she saw the bumps as they are hard to see, and only noticed the pearly penile papules that are located close by. These bumps are mostly located somewhat symmetrically on the both sides of the glans, mostly on the bottom and sides. As well, I had blood work done this week that indicates I potentially have a UTI , as well as being pre-diabetic. Any thoughts or opinions will help.imageimage

The bumps are a natural part of your penis, only most men do not realise they are there - this is why the GP would say there are no concerning issues

When the bumps are irritated, such as if you use a harsh soap or shower gel they become more noticeable - if you happen ever to get a fungal or yeast infection - most often linked to unprotected penetrative sex, then these bumps may become inflamed and be really noticeable.

So yes, they are normal, and as the GP said nothing to be concerned about
