Glans look cracked and there is a white bump

my glans appear to be dry and cracked, there is also a bump on the front of the glans that formed about four months ago. Some background information: ive always had extreme sensitivity with my glans. any friction or stimulus for an extended period of time would cause an extreme amount of discomfort. also, when i first ever pulled back my foreskin, there was an abundance of shmegma. i discovered this when i was 13 years old so it had been building for a while. any help and insight us appreciated.

    Your glans looks normal to me.

    However, the white bump is concerning.

    It has been there for months and it probably won't go away. See a doctor about it.
