Anyone obsessed with their globus? It just wont go away and its all i focus my mind on no matter what I am doing, I just can't forget about it and I am convinced that there is something seriously wrong but the doc hasnt picked up on it.

I am diagnosed health anxiety and am currently waiting cbt.

      I think caused by anxiety, but I am now not anxious but it is still there which I think is down to thinking about it all the time , if that makes sense
