since 15th august I have been struggling to chew and swallow even soft foods without a drink. I did have nausea and a bloated stomach for a while but now there just constantly feels like there is something in my throat which is worst in a morning. I try drinking water as soon as I wake up but that doesn't seem to be helping any more either. I also have really bad nausea and just feel generally run down.

Had a consultation over the phone with the GP on 5th October and she said its my guts and it will pass. However it is taking a long time and doesn't seem to be improving. Meal times just aren't enjoyable and I dread it because I know I can't eat like I used to even though that is all I want. Even a small meal is a struggle and takes a very long time to eat.

Any ideas on how to get through this feeling quicker or if anyone has been through the same what they did to get rid of the symptoms.

I'm just feeling completely lost at the moment and don't see a way out of it to improve anytime soon. It's just making me so upset and anxious now.

UPDATE - The feeling went away and I was okay for about 4 weeks eating normally. However from the 13th or 14th November I have been getting that full feeling fast again and as if i'm struggling. Also, a more bloated and heavy feeling on my stomach all the time now. I don't have the nausea this time like I did the last time.
