I have been suffering from GH for the past 3 years so I understand how horrendous the situation can be. Anxiety is normal but cutting ones own wrist is an alarm. She probably suffers from something deep psychologically that needs to be addressed as soon as possible primarily. She must independently acquire the desire and hard work to take and honest inventory of herself.

With GH I have contemplated self-mutilation and been depressed as I am extremely underweight and malnutrition. The main thing you should do is admit her underneath the help of the best professional health care you can acquire. Remember there is an end to everything the GH will must end.

I had it, was awful. Took respiradon, which was also awful, two weeks later it went away, two months later i stopped the respiradon. It's gone. I feel ok.

I too suffer from this and have recently been put on beta blocker which lower my heart rate and stop me from having panic attacks so much. It is an awful feeling that you can't breathe.

It is usually the results of a stress related problem, mine started when my nan died.

My doctor has also suggested talking to someone to try to get to the root cause or at let find some techniques to help manage it.

    Hope this helps.
