globus sensation

hi people if you experience the globus sensation the tightening or the choking feeling is usually in issue in gi tract somewhere. for years drs tried to tell me it was anxiety causing it but ive experienced the tighteness from anxiety and this was different choking sensation. 2 years of firing drs who wouldn't listen or wouldn't take me seriously till I went to naturalpath who took one look at my liver numbers and knew immediate what it was and how to treat it. took that info to my gastroentologist as I cant afford to stay with naturalpath. he did a few blood work and then he did a breath test for methane and hydrogen and found out the naturalpath was right in his diagnosis. I have a bad bacteria and candida buildup in my guts and small intestine that has caused all kinds of nutrient and chemical inbalances as well as inflammation now etc. I have felt like I was basically slowly dying for 2 years with lots of symptons all caused by this gi problem. anyway I started treatment 2 weeks ago and feel bit better everyday and having a colonoscopy in dec to try remove some adhesions and fix up the damage the bacteria overgrowth has caused. then a detox and a build back of total nutrients to get my body in balance again then a special low carb diet. anyway have hope again that il get better for the first time in 2 years. so in short if you get this sympton it could be the gi tract somewhere and is about 75 percent that is what could be causing your issue. you loose muscle movement and that what caused it in me to notice. anyway make your drs listen and treat you well push for your right to be diagnosed and fixed and hopefully all works out for you easier than for me in the end goodluck

Hello, when you first had an endoscopy, was it abnormal? I suffer from extreme globus and throats tightness along with chest and back pain. I've had an endoscopy and it was normal so I'm just wondering what yours looked like
