Glucomannan pill getting stuck?

Hello!

I've recently bought myself Glucomannan pills to help me with my weight-loss journey. I've also heard about other health benefits that Glucomannan is supposed to have, so I guess that's just an added bonus. But I have a problem. I've read in the directions, that I'm supposed to drink at least 8 ounces of water when taking 1 pill, otherwise, if it gets stuck in the throat it could prevent you from breathing or swallowing.

I've always had troubles with swallowing pills. It happens many times, that when I have to swallow a pill, it'll get stuck in my throat. Since other pills don't expand, I never had bigger problems with that. But I'm terrified of Glucomannan capsule being stuck and expanding in my throat.

If that happens, is it very common that I'm not going to be able to breath and am I going to need medical help? Maybe even have to go to the emergency?

I'm not sure if I should even take it now.

Thank you for your answers!
