So okay, this may seem unusual - however, it can be a sign that you have a broader issue that could potentially be severe, or certainly needs attending to.
How would you describe your general state of health, are you more a really fit person who has ate a really healthy balanced diet for many years and is regularly active - or are you getting towards being inactive most of the time, and eat much of the wrong types of foods and drinks?
Are there any other symptoms you have noticed: a racing heart, or irregular heart beats for example?
When do you notice the vibration sensation: are you sitting down, laying-down in bed - what else is happening at the time ...... ?

I honestly don't eat the best but i do stay more active than some. I had lower back surgery 2 years ago and thought maybe that may be it but it'd have done it sooner i'd think.
More typical when i'm sitting down but at times when standing. No other unusual out of the norm symptoms that i'm aware of.
My only question is is this a real thing or is it in my head cause the first time it happened i seriously thought i had my phone in my pocket.

Yes, this is very much a real thing - I have experienced something similar to this and this is why I asked when the sensation occurs.
As I say - this can be linked to your general state of health - it may be wise to check with your doctor / GP / PCP - say, you just want to check whether this is something linked to palpations or a irregular heartbeat.
Simply, if you are varying to some level of being overweight this can trigger all kinds of responses in the body, for example.
The other cause I can imagine is your general posture, yes I know this is not limited to sitting down, but the kind of bodily response can continue once it is triggered for example.
So think about whenever you sit down the entire surface contact with the seat is evenly distributed across your body that is in contact with the seat. What I mean is do not place part of your backside on the seat and have the rest away from or hanging off the seat. Think about sitting up straight rather your back being completely relaxed - try to be relaxed within yourself and learn about deep, relaxing breaths.
Disciplines such as Pilates took having the body in correct postural state to the state of the art, so if you like check out some online information on correct seated / sitting posture. This element of being correctly seated is very important to employers who have their employees sitting at desks most of the day and them going off-sick because of bad backs and stuff.
And yes, I have not strayed from what you have going on simply a really bad posture can cause other symptoms - and yes, really, you do need to think about how you are when you are sitting down.
Have you ever thought of doing something like Yoga as this can give you ways of training your body into having helpful posture and for your body to become more supple to achieve these ...... ?

I honestly appreciate all the information given and now that you say things I kind of look back and recall bad posture habits frequently. Like with my job I said not for long periods of time but for ample periods of time and I slouch like lean back in my chair and let my legs extend forward so definitely going to correct a few things and yes I do have a yearly physical coming up so I will bring it to their attention but as far as being overweight I’ve never been overweight in my life I am 61 at 188 pounds and have been there basically my whole life, my eating habits aren’t the best but they’re not the Worst either. Definitely going to take your advice and see if I can’t make some corrections and also I have my yearly physical coming up to where I will say something to my GP. Thank you for the heads up in the information

Okay, thank you for your further insight and reflections.
I hope you find successful ways of dealing with what you have going on - correct posture can be so fundamental to the way we feel, it we often forget that simply sitting correctly, for example, can have an impact on how our body feels and reacts as a result of this ....
