Going insane with constant pressure in ears (sucking in and out) & mucus trapped somewhere in nose

I have two majors issues that may or may not be connected. Around 2 years ago pressure slowly started building in my ears until the point where I feel it 24/7 and can modulate the air pressure in and out. The pressure never goes away. I've seen my primary care physician multiple times throughout the year. Ive used steroid nasal spray, nasal rinse, allergy medicine. None did anything as my allergy test came back negative for all those most commonly tested. I even got transferred to ENT specialist who could not figure out what is causing the ear pressure or the issue in my nose explained below.

My second issue is there is a cavity somewhere right above the middle of the roof of my mouth that has mucus trapped. Every time that I swallow I can feel it. I know I'm not imagining it because I have snorted up so much mucus in the cavity that I can no longer "snort". Its such a weird sensation not being able to snort but maybe this info can be used to find where this mucus is trapped. Having both of these issues has been driving me nuts; i cant focus on school/work etc. I thought i was the only person to deal with this pressure issue until i found this website and saw people saying they've had it for years on end which is mind blowing. PLEASE HELP!!!!
