going off fluoxatine

does anyone have experiance with fluoxatine withdrawals? this is my 2nd time on 20mg dose. both times the drug helped and after about a year i am deciding again to go off as i dont feel i ned it anyore.

1st time i had no withdrawal symptomps at all, i lowered my dose to 10mg for a week and then discontinued competely. that was it. no issues.

this time around, i have had some stomach/digestive issues from the time i started taking it, the issues eventually diminished to very mild and tolerable, but after about 6 months started showing again and getting slowly worse. while the medication fixed me mentally, i didnt like these digestive issues, so after 13months i decided to go off. this time i tapered slower, lowered dose by 5mg each week fo r4 weeks. this is the time i started noticing even more significant increase in my digestive issues, and after stopping completely it is worst it has ever been. my symtoms include, stomach pain/cramps in low/mid abdomen (soetimes on the sides, sometimes just in center), bloating, cramping at my upper adomen just below ribs. not all these at once, they alternate rather randomly. sometimes i feel mildly nauseous. also had some brain zaps but that went away rather qick. i am at 10th day, after stoping drug completely right now.

anyone experieced this? mostly i read that stomach related issues associated with withdrawal include diarhea and vomiting, which i dont really have.

thanks
