Going out paying for it the next day

Its definitly the case Ive found go out pay for it It affects me the same day, and a few days later. Treated my self today to have hair done.and quess what Ive done my back in cant move? Is their anything we can do I wanted to go out after having my hair done now I cant flaming move so angry upset flaming fibro. Thats putting it mildly xx

Poor you, getting stressed over it will not help the the situation. All you can do is take rest and either heat pads or ice pack, whichever gives you the best comfort.

morning Bee How are you Hope your having a good weekend. Ive slipped a disc so laid in bed last night my husband struggled to get me upstairs as my legs wouldnt work. took him   30 mins just to get me to the top of the stairs I couldnt straighten was bent over, he had to move my legs 1 at a time push me up . we had to keep stopping it was a total nightmare. Then trying to get me on off the loo and to the bedroom so laid on my back with my laptop propped up so much for my weekend..fibro isnt helping Take care hun gentle hugs

Hi Bee Im just resting  Im using hot waterbottle and wheat bags. no point stressing it doesnt help just makes things worse. Im just going with the flow it will sort itself out. It needs to as sept 5th we are going on an evening ride on the severn valley with a fish chip supper on the 7th is hubbys birthday and our anniversary we are suppose to be having a meal out. so hoping preying it sorts itself out for then.Im looking forward to my ride on steam train and fish chip supper lol big hug from me to you take care xx

Rest as much as you can now so you can have the energy for the exciting few days you have plans for on 5th and 7th Sept.

its raining here now spoil yourself Bee treat yourself to something nice. It would round the day off nicely in having a meal out. Hubby taking son to drs so for quickness we are having a treat for tea a mcdonalds. I think ive found a holiday cottage just got to show him in doors, if he likes it will book it. O' Bee..my favourite past time.".love shopping..we don't have any Westfield here in Tasnania..i do miss the big shopping malls..mostly high street here..nice for a change but really miss the malls...have a lovely day out be blessed..:-) xx. Hooe you have a lovely heal out too...does you good..

It was great retail therapy.

It's my husband's big b'day today 50th, but not making a big deal as his older brother passed away Nov 2014, so not doing anything big for a year. He misses him so much.  We are going to take the day as it comes and I will treat him to a meal out with the boys later on this evening. The sun is out today here in West London. So a good start to a positive day. On friday my eldest son turns 18, so another day day is being planned, again nothing too big, but having a pleasant day out.

Dr has rung me its a slipped disc, he is going to give some diazapan. to help with the pain and to help with mobility, and to ring back if things worsen. so in bed and resting I cant straighten up mobility badly affected. having to be pushed in wheel chair to bathroom. hope you have a lovely day hun take care gentle hugs xx

Thank you.....we went to Brent Cross Shopping Centre earlier today, have come home for a break then off to a restaurant for a Chinese meal. Yes a birthday week definitely.  x

Thanks Christine....yeah it's been a tough year but hopefully all getting by with one day at a time. I do try not to over do it. So far so good.  Going out for a Chinese meal soon.
